Good Company didn't start because I had everything figured out. It started because I knew what it felt like to build something meaningful without the community I needed.
Why I Created Good Company
Why Good Company
exists.
While building my startup, PoolUp, I realized something I wasn't expecting. The hardest part wasn't having ideas. It wasn't even the work itself. It was trying to do it all alone.
So many ambitious people are building businesses, writing books, creating content, launching nonprofits, changing careers, or pursuing big personal goals without a community to celebrate their wins, challenge them, or help them stay accountable.
Good Company was created to change that.
I wanted to build the kind of community I had been searching for — a place where ambitious people could find accountability, honest feedback, meaningful relationships, and the encouragement to keep going.
What I Believe
What I Believe
- Ambition shouldn't be lonely.
- Consistency is more important than perfection.
- Community accelerates growth.
- Accountability changes lives.
- The right people can completely change what's possible.
Good Company exists because I believe we're capable of so much more when we build together.
What You Can Expect
What you can
expect.
I'm not here because I have all the answers.
I'm here because I'm building too.
Every week, I'll show up alongside our members to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, encouraged, and inspired to keep moving toward the lives and work they're building.
Whether you're starting your first business, growing your career, launching a creative project, or working toward a personal goal, I hope Good Company becomes the place where you find your people.
